We are the ground operator on this island, not an agency passing your brief along. We hold the contracts with the resorts, the boat operators and the production crews here, and our own coordinators run the programme on the day.

Why this island
International guests need no visa
Foreign nationals entering Phu Quoc are exempt for stays up to thirty days, including when transiting through another Vietnamese international gateway. For a multinational incentive group this is the single largest advantage Phu Quoc holds over every other destination in the country.
APEC convention centre, 6,500 seats
A convention and exhibition complex with a 4,000-seat multipurpose theatre, on a site of more than 16 hectares, is in final construction. After the summit it becomes the largest conference facility in the region.
The airport is being expanded
A second terminal and a second runway are in the final stages, targeted for operation ahead of the summit. Capacity for large groups and direct international services will increase substantially.
Right now it is a construction site
The other side of preparing for APEC: several routes are under construction and some areas carry noise and dust. We choose properties and route transfers to avoid them, and tell you which areas are affected when we quote.
November to March is the best window
Calm seas, reliable sun, island boat trips running every day. It is also the international peak, so it needs booking early — for groups from 120 delegates, commit 90 to 120 days ahead.
June to September is rain and rough seas
The cheapest rates of the year, but boat trips can be cancelled at short notice. We only accept groups in that window where the programme carries a genuine contingency.

Questions travellers ask most
What is the smallest group you take?
Twenty. Below that the fixed costs of a MICE structure spread across too few people and you are paying corporate prices for something a good travel agent could arrange more cheaply. We will tell you that rather than take the booking.
Do you handle flights?
No. We quote and operate the ground programme only. We will hold group seats through an airline group desk if it helps, but ticketing sits with you or your agent.
How far ahead should we book?
Forty-five days under 50 delegates, sixty for 50-100, ninety to a hundred and twenty above that. Add a month in the November to March peak.
Do international delegates really not need a visa?
