At this size almost every resort on the island can host you, one vehicle covers the whole group, and changes late in the planning cycle are still absorbable. The main thing to watch is a single number: forty-five.
A standard coach seats forty-five. At forty-six delegates you need a second vehicle for every transfer, every excursion and every day of the programme — and a second vehicle costs nearly the same whether it carries one passenger or forty.

If your list is sitting at 46 to 52, look hard at whether it can be 45. If it cannot, look at whether it can be 55 to 60 — because you are paying for the second vehicle either way and you may as well fill it.
Three or four days works well. Four is better if the group is flying from Hanoi, because the flight eats most of a morning at each end.

The single boat is worth noting. Above 50 delegates you need two or more, and the group splits for the day.

VAT included, air tickets excluded. Per-person cost is highest at this band because fixed production and coordination costs are spread across the fewest people.
It is our minimum and it works, but be aware that the fixed elements — a stage, a coordinator team, AV — cost the same as they would for 60 people. If the recognition element is not important to you, a well-organised group travel arrangement may serve you better and cost less. We will say so if that is the case.
Partially. Meaningful group rates and complimentary room allocation generally start around 30 delegates. Below that you are closer to individual rates with some concession on the function space.
Rarely. At this size a well-designed dinner with good lighting, a competent MC and a short awards segment usually lands better than a built stage, which can feel oversized for the room. Save the production budget for the venue or the activity.
