What happens after you send a brief

Working hours are Monday to Friday, GMT+7. Enquiries arriving over a weekend are answered on Monday morning, and we say so rather than letting the timer run silently.
Who you will be dealing with
The person who answers your first email is the person who writes your quote and, on a programme of any size, the person you will meet on the island. We do not hand accounts between a sales team and an operations team, because the handover is where detail gets lost and where a client ends up explaining their own brief twice.
From 100 delegates we name the on-site supervisor at contract stage rather than at arrival, together with an escalation path and a duty number that is answered outside office hours for the duration of the programme. Asking any operator for that in writing is a reasonable test, and the answer tells you how the company is actually organised.

What to include if you have it
- Objective of the programme: recognition, cross-team building, business content or client hospitality.
- Headcount band, and how firm it is.
- Month and duration, and how much the dates can move.
- Budget as a per-person range, land only.
- Delegate nationalities, if the group is international.
- Anything non-negotiable: a gala on the beach, a CSR element, a specific resort standard.
Send what you have. Half the briefs we receive settle two of these six points, and the first reply is usually what helps settle the rest.
What we will not do with your enquiry
- We do not add you to a mailing list. The address you send from is used for your enquiry and nothing else.
- We do not pass your brief to other operators. If we cannot handle it, we say so and tell you why rather than brokering it on.
- We do not quote a number we cannot stand behind. If the brief is too vague to price, we will ask two questions rather than invent a range.
- We do not chase. One follow-up after the quote, and then it is yours to come back to when the internal decision is made.

How quickly will somebody reply?
Within eight working hours, GMT+7, Monday to Friday. An internal timer tracks every enquiry and escalates before the deadline is missed.
Can we call instead of sending a form?
Yes. The sales line is answered during working hours and the number is on this page. For anything involving dates and headcount, a short written brief still saves a round of questions.
Do you charge for a detailed quote?
A refundable card authorisation is required before we produce a detailed quote. It filters speculative enquiries and is released in full within five days if you do not proceed. The first feasibility reply costs nothing.
